Bill Blankenship
Former Owasso Head Football Coach
Coach Bill Blankenship brings more than four decades of leadership and championship performance to the Journey to Excellence. Over a 41-year coaching career, including 31 years as a high school head coach, he built high-performing programs at Eastwood Christian, Spiro, Edmond Memorial, Union, Fayetteville (AR), and Owasso- earning six state championships and compiling a remarkable 296–90 record. He later served as Head Coach at the University of Tulsa, where his team won a Conference Championship, the Liberty Bowl, and appeared in the Armed Forces Bowl, after earlier collegiate assistant coaching roles at Tulsa and Memphis that included multiple bowl appearances. A native of Spiro, Oklahoma, Blankenship graduated from Spiro High School and was a University of Tulsa football letterman. Throughout his career, he has been known for building disciplined systems, developing leaders, and creating cultures where teams pursue excellence together. Those who have worked with him know he has a rare ability to encourage excellence with only a few words-clarifying the standard, inspiring the effort, and helping people rise to their best. Coach Blankenship and his wife Angie, married since 1978, have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and thirteen grandchildren.

Heather Turner
Department of Commerce
Heather Turner is an Oklahoma native and respected business and community leader known for building organizations, developing talent, and driving economic and community growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa, an MBA, and a graduate certification in Nonprofit Management from Oklahoma State University. A certified John Maxwell Leadership speaker, coach, & trainer, Heather is the author of "DreamTraders" book and curriculum, reflecting her commitment to education and empowerment.
As founder of Anthem Road Academy School of Music, Heather scaled her business to four thriving Oklahoma locations. As former President and CEO of the Jenks Chamber of Commerce, she led efforts in economic and community development at the city level. Appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt, Heather serves as Deputy CEO of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and Executive Director of CORE, leading efforts in regional and rural economic development, community development, entrepreneurship, small business, Oklahoma Film and Music and Main Street development.

Heath Wright
CEO Oklahoma Quality Foundation
Heath Wright is a leadership coach and organizational systems advisor who helps leaders build healthy organizations that consistently deliver results. He serves as CEO of the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and leads People Focused Solutions, where he works with executives and leadership teams to strengthen organizational health, strategy, workforce engagement, and operational performance.
His work is grounded in the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework, a nationally recognized model that helps organizations connect leadership, strategy, customers, workforce engagement, operations, measurement, and results into a coherent system.
Heath also teaches leaders through the Brilliance in the Basics leadership model. This approach focuses on timeless truths and a simple leadership pattern: discover reality, align people and priorities, and multiply results through practical leadership skills and habits. His work helps leaders strengthen three essential responsibilities: leading themselves, developing others, and building strong teams and systems.
Over the past two decades he has worked with healthcare systems, universities, manufacturers, government organizations, and businesses to improve leadership clarity, culture, and operational performance.

Matt Pinnell
Oklahoma Lt. Governor
Matt Pinnell was elected as the 17th Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma on November 6, 2018. Pinnell is President of the Oklahoma State Senate and serves on multiple constitutional boards and commissions, including serving as Chairman of the Oklahoma Tourism Commission and Route 66 Centennial Commission. he has set his Lt. Governor agenda focused on workforce and economic development issues.
Pinnell is the chief marketer of Oklahoma and spends much of his time promoting Oklahoma. In partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, he launched a talent recruitment campaign targeting the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. he also works to retain and attract companies to the state by hosting events throughout the year, including the annual Lt. Governor Turkey Hunt, a two-week event that showcases Oklahoma to prospective out-of-state companies and site selection representatives.
As an entrepreneur himself, Pinnell champions small business growth. he advises the Oklahoma Department of Commerce on small business growth, entrepreneurship, and workforce development. In 2022, he launched ‘A Look at Oklahoma CarreerTech,’ a video interview series that showcases the education and employment opportunities the state’s CareerTech system provides.
Pinnell launched a statewide rebrand in 2020, a campaign that has streamlined state agency processes and saved taxpayer dollars.
Matt has an advertizing degree from Oral Roberts University. He lives in Tulsa with his wife of 23 years and their four children.

Jeff Orlowski
President and Chief Executive Officer, LifeShare Network
President, LifeShare Foundation
Jeff is the President and CEO of LifeShare Network and its subsidiary organizations, the President of the LifeShare Foundation, and a national and international consultant. He has 38 years of experience in organ and tissue donation, along with an extensive history of board and community service. He currently serves as President of the International Society for Donation Professionals, as a member of the MTF Biologics Board of Directors, and as Chair of the Donation Board of Trustees for MTF.
He is a Past President of AOPO and Donate Life America and has served multiple terms on numerous boards. Jeff has been honored with numerous professional and community awards. He has authored or coauthored many journal articles, presented scientific abstracts, delivered invited lectures around the world, and is a Fellow of the American Society of Transplantation.

Jason Morton, CMQ/OE
Vice President of Quality Systems, LifeShare Oklahoma
Jason Morton is a seasoned Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement professional with more than 25 years of experience in highly regulated industries such as Organ Procurement Organizations, Tissue Banking, and Blood Banking. He is skilled in ensuring compliance with multiple regulatory bodies, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Since 2020, Jason has served as the Vice President of Quality Systems at LifeShare Network in Oklahoma. He is also an active member of the Leadership Development Committee for the Association of Procurement Organizations, where he contributes to the development of executive leadership training and resources. Additionally, he serves as the regional representative on the Pancreas Transplant Committee for the Organ Procurement and Transplant Network.
Jason has held various leadership roles with both an Operational and Quality focus in the OPO and Tissue Banking industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tulsa, with certifications as a Quality Manager of Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality, and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He served as a state examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Foundation in 2024. Outside of work, Jason enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.

Jason Menting, PsyD
Chief Behavioral Health Officer
As IHCRC’s Chief Behavioral Health Officer, Dr. Menting spearheads the direction, strategic goals, services and operations of the Behavioral Health department. He ensures that the personnel are in place with the appropriate education, training and licensure to meet the mental health needs of our patient population. He works closely with James David Bright, Psy.D., Behavioral Health Director and Heather Moore, MA, LPC, Pediatric Behavioral Health Director, to maintain a suite of mental health services with the highest level of current competency, clinical skills, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Dr. Menting first came to IHCRC as a psychology intern through the Northeastern Oklahoma Psychology Internship Program (NOPIP), a yearlong internship. After the successful completion of his NOPIP internship, he joined the Active Staff at IHCRC as the Director of Clinical Training. In this position he ensured the clinical training of our interns met the criteria for the American Psychologist Association (APA) as well as the Northeastern Oklahoma Psychology Internship Program (NOPIP). From his own experience he was able to share with the interns his extensive experience in providing individual psychotherapy with clients, administering test batteries for psychological assessments, and writing psychological evaluation reports. Dr. Menting made a concerted effort to encourage a commitment to community outreach with the interns. As an advocate for embracing best practices in the psychologist field, Dr. Menting is committed to collaborative efforts and consultation with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment is provided for all clients.
Dr. Menting was also responsible for spearheading the training for practicum students placed at our facility. Upon the resignation of Rachel Leah Floyd, Psy.D., IHCRC’s Director of Behavioral Health, Dr. Menting assumed that role which he maintained until being promoted to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer position in 2024.

Dr. Hazel Lonewolf
Chief Quality Officer, OKCIC
Hazel Lonewolf (Kiowa) is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dartmouth College and earned both her Master and Doctorate of Public Health from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Lonewolf began her tenure at OKCIC as a statistician and has advanced through various roles, culminating in her promotion to Chief Strategy Officer in 2024. She brings 19 years of dedicated experience to the organization.
Her commitment extends to community service, where she serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross for Central and Southwest Oklahoma. Dr. Lonewolf is also a National Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and has volunteered with the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and Quality Texas Foundation. She is a graduate of both Leadership Oklahoma City (Class 40) and Leadership Oklahoma (Class 31).
She resides in Moore with her husband, Carlos, and their son, Theodore, who is currently in the 6th grade in Moore Public Schools.
