Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell to Honor Outstanding Oklahoma Organizations at Annual Event
Oklahoma City, OK (February 4, 2025) — The Oklahoma Quality Foundation (OQF) invites organizations across the state to join its 2025 Oklahoma Quality Summit on February 19th at the Moore Norman Technology Center (South Penn Campus). This year’s event, themed “Simple Practices, Big Impact,” will feature presentations, workshops, and celebrations of excellence in performance guided by the Baldrige Excellence Framework.
The Summit will highlight the achievements of organizations demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Oklahoma’s Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell will join the event to recognize the 2025 Oklahoma Quality Foundation Award winners:
- Level 4 Milestone: LifeShare Network, Cherokee Nation Health Services
- Level 1 Milestone: Norman Public Schools

“The 2025 Oklahoma Quality Foundation awardees embody the highest standards of innovation and prestige in their contributions to Oklahoma,” said Lt. Governor Pinnell. “We applaud their efforts to consistently improve their organizations and pave the way for others. Congratulations to all the winners.”
The Summit will feature a robust agenda, including a keynote address by Dr. Charles Grim of Chickasaw Nation Health Services, who will share insights from his national award-winning organization. Attendees will also gain practical knowledge through breakout sessions, panel discussions, and presentations on best practices by this year’s top winners.

- 9:00 AM – Opening Remarks by Heath Wright, OQF CEO
- 9:45 AM – Awards Presentation and Speech by Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell
- 10:45 AM – Keynote Presentation: Dr. Charles Grim, Chickasaw Nation Health Services
- 1:00 PM – Best Practices Presentations by Cherokee Nation Health Services and LifeShare Network
- 2:15 PM - Examiner Panel Discussion- Exploring the Benefits and Process
- 2:55PM – The Power of the Journey – Dr. Stacey Butterfield, Jenks Public Schools & Dr. Nick Migliorino, Norman Public Schools
- 3:30 PM – Closing Comments and a call-to-action for attendees to begin or deepen their journey toward excellence
