Brilliance in the Basics Curriculum

Brilliance in the Basics is a leadership development system built on a simple premise: leadership success comes from consistently practicing a small number of foundational habits, not from complicated theories. The system's three lenses of leadership and ten timeless skills map directly to the Baldrige categories, and its maturity levels parallel Baldrige maturity logic so leaders who develop through this system are simultaneously building the organizational competencies that Baldrige recognizes as essential.
